Job Role Certified ServiceNow DeveloperAdmin Location Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Remote until COVID-19 is over and need to report Onsite once Lockdown is Lifted) Duration 3-6 Months Contact-to-Hire Pay Rate Depend on Experience Note Need Certification on Developer and Admin is a must for this role. As a ServiceNow DeveloperAdmin you will be responsible for configuring, administering and scripting on the ServiceNow Platform. The ServiceNow team implements, supports, maintains, operates and upgrades ServiceNow enterprise solutions. The main responsibilities of this role will be to carry out Development activities, quickly resolving level 3 Incident tickets, actioning Service Requests, developing solution enhancements and Project deployments on behalf of our key stakeholders. The successful candidate must establish and maintain relationships both internally and with external clients. Required Skills 5+ years minimumrsquo experience directly with development in ServiceNow ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture, which includes understanding relational databases. Understanding of database query language (specifically SQL), Experience in development and support within JavaScript frameworks (i.e. AngularJS) Demonstrate strong technical (English) communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts in great detail, clearly, to other technical people and non-technical people. Demonstrate a strong understanding of one or more of the following ServiceNow technologiesmodules ProjectPortfolio Suite Incident, Problem, Major Incident Management and Change Management CMDB HR Case Management Discovery Asset Management Service Portal Preferred Experience Experience with Apache Jelly or similar technologies (i.e. JSP) Experience with PowerShell Experience with SQL ITIL Foundation Certified 5 years of experience in Client Facing Communications (Oral, Written) Pradeep Reddy Business Developer Sr. Recruitment Accounts Manager FNR Solutions INC.
