Job Purpose or Objective(s):The Employment and Recruiting Sr. Director is tasked with designing, implementing, and directing a best-in-class talent acquisition function and will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, HR and other functional business leaders, ensuring recruiting and sourcing strategies consistently attract top talent in all company locations and at all levels of the organization. Primary Tasks: Design, build, implement and manage strategic direction and objectives for the recruiting effort, which will support the companys growth while maintaining its culture and standards of excellence. Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies. Create areas of accountability for each segment of the hiring process and evaluate talent acquisition team members and hiring managers accordingly through KPI reviews and applicable audits. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide an employee hiring forecast, including leading the recruiting process for new developments and acquisitions. Lead a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans to present pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers. Assign responsibilities and priorities to the team to ensure immediate hiring needs are addressed. Create an analytical process that leverages key dashboard metrics in order to report and grow a data-driven and technically skilled recruiting department Evaluate, recommend and implement new or alternative sourcing strategies Lead the calendar of recruiting activities and create efficiencies and outcomes that support recruiting goals. Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures. Perform other duties as may be assigned. MINIMUM Bachelors degree in human resources, business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Current professional certification such as SPHR, CEBS, CBS or other applicable discipline Comprehensive knowledge of database and management information systems with ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and prepare clear, concise reports with recommendations Advanced knowledge of office automation, including ERP systems, reporting utilities and Microsoft Excel A deep understanding of how to run a high quality, full cycle and/or custom recruiting process and the ability to lead a recruitment team Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Eight (8) years of progressive recruitment experience TARGET Masters degree in human resources, business or a related field Current professional certification such as SPHR, CEBS, CBS or other applicable discipline Expert knowledge of project management with superior ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and prepare clear, concise reports with recommendations Advanced knowledge of office automation, including ERP systems, reporting utilities, Microsoft Excel and Access An analytical mindset. The ability to pull insights from the metrics, and present findings and plans for improvement to senior leadership Executive presence, skilled influencer, excellent communicator Twelve (12) years of progressively responsible management positions with direct involvement in managing a recruiting operation supporting diversified business operations
