An Oklahoma City company is seeking an Office Manager to join their team! Advises senior management on related issues as they arise Supports special projects and acts on behalf of the President as directed. Maintains a documented system of Human Resources policies and procedures Plans and coordinates company meetings including State of the Business, Benefits, Service and Sales Meetings. Negotiates favorable terms and pricing for company employee benefits programs. Handles sensitive company information Overall office manager and overseer of facilities maintenance Responsible for directing a Fleet management program Watches expenses related to expense spending via company credit cards. Maintains relationships with suppliers and monitors adherence to specific requirements. Maintains relationships with property casualty insurance representatives and insurers. Directs the maintenance of company assets and facilities. Responsible for A/R and A/P functions Oversees the processing of monthly and annual financial information. Responsible for generating payroll every two weeks Responsible for delivering to customers insurance certificates as needed. Works with insurance company’s annually to renew the company’s business insurance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in business administration, human resources management or information technology. Five years of experience as a manager in business office
