An Oklahoma City company is seeking an Office Manager to join their team!

  • Advises senior management on related issues as they arise
  • Supports special projects and acts on behalf of the President as directed.
  • Maintains a documented system of Human Resources policies and procedures 
  • Plans and coordinates company meetings including State of the Business, Benefits, Service and Sales Meetings.
  • Negotiates favorable terms and pricing for company employee benefits programs.
  • Handles sensitive company information 
  • Overall office manager and overseer of facilities maintenance
  • Responsible for directing a Fleet management program 
  • Watches expenses related to expense spending via company credit cards.
  • Maintains relationships with suppliers and monitors adherence to specific requirements.
  • Maintains relationships with property casualty insurance representatives and insurers.
  • Directs the maintenance of company assets and facilities. 
  • Responsible for A/R and A/P functions 
  • Oversees the processing of monthly and annual financial information.
  • Responsible for generating payroll every two weeks
  • Responsible for delivering to customers insurance certificates as needed.
  • Works with insurance company’s annually to renew the company’s business insurance.
  • Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in business administration, human resources management or information technology.
  • Five years of experience as a manager in business office
