AcctKnowledge has partnered with an Oklahoma City Bank/Mortgage company to identify talent for Admin/Clerical Mortgage servicing positions.
Requires candidate to posses at least 1 year of Admin/Clerical experience and great PC skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
Pay range between $12.50-$16/hour DOE. Most candidates typically start at $14-15/hour DOE.
Direct Hire; Permanent Placement. Full Benefit package/Health Insurance/Tuition Reimbursement/PTO available.
Located in Nichols Hills area in OKC
Full Time 40 hours a week. Standard working hours are 8-5.
Some departments offer FLEXIBLE Schedule between 7:30a.m.- 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 8 hour days/40 hours/week.
Description:This position is for responsible for gathering and ensuring all required documentation is available for the various prior servicers that have been acquired.
- Creating packets for documentation
- Creating a file to provide referrals to an attorney firm to file the Transfer of Claim
- Follows ups on Docket for the Filed Transfer of Claim
- Provide information and documentation to the attorney as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to find resolution options
- Identify process inefficiencies and offer solutions
Requirements: This position requires a very detail oriented, deadline driven, flexible, dependable, team focused individual who enjoys working in a fast paced and ever changing environment. Must have working knowledge and be comfortable using Excel.
